Korean Kalbi

For Once I made some Korean Kalbi with my hubz. I said that is this works out then I will know what to bring to the next beach BBQ that we have in the city. Usually when we marinade meat James is so0o hungry that we never get the chance to marinate the food properly. but this time we marinated the meat over night and

this is what it ended up looking like.

This was the pre made sauce that we got at our local korean store for about 4 bucks. The whole bottle was made for about 5lbs of kalbi.

While James was trying to start up the BBQ I pretended to set the mood lol

He needed some veggies so we I choped up some mushroom for him.

He started a huge flame for the BBQ by the time I went to the back. Had the backyard smelling sooo good.

Yum, the final product. Looked so good I couldn't wait to go and take a bit.

To top it all off I had some Pizza Logs with Raspberry Vinaigrette. Quite scrumptious, I must say =]

Overall it was a really good meal and I hope to make it for my parents one of these days. $This was def. was a good way to end the weekend.

I have to get a couple of things before I head out of the states in a month.


First off I need to get some nail polish so when I am bored as hell I can have some fun playing with nail art lolz

Also after watching Kendra Last night I have some to realize that I have a new found favorite color and it's Lilac. Hoping that when I move into my own apartment next year to I can paint my walls that color because it has personality but it also is very soothing.


and then coming to think of it wasn't her room Lilac before?? anywhoo

I have to figure out also where I could go to download Korean music but I can't put my finger on not having internet while I am there so it would be nice to be able to put that on my mp3

if someone could help and tell me where I would be able to get Girls Generation, Super Junior, Wonder girls and etc.

I checked Itunes but I don't think that they had anything.

The big question is when I go should I dress fashionable or should I just dress regularly. I feel that with the internet now a days they will be more fashion forward but hey who knows. I plan on purchasing a couple of pumps and Greek sandals to take with me.
